Job DescriptionDrainage Surveyor£30,000 – £32,000 depending upon experience Overtime earnings OTE of £40,000+Kent/GravesendFull Time| Permanent| Monday to Friday/ 5am – 2pm (job depending)Do you have drainage experience and able to survey works?Are you flexible for stay aways with work?Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Drainage Surveyor to join the PPM team.The main purpose of this role is to to attend sites across the country to assess site & asset access, investigate external below-ground, internal/soil & high-level roof/gutter drainage systems detailing condition and number of assets within the site demise.In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £32,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus growth opportunities, pension, annual leave, and overtime available.This is a full-time, permanent role The hours of work will be typically 5am – 2pm Monday – Friday with weekend work available and overtime.Reporting to the Hiring Manager , your responsibilities will include:

• To attend sites across the country to assess site & asset access, investigate external below-ground, internal/soil & high-level roof/gutter drainage systems detailing condition and number of assets within the site demise. Collating all information to produce a job report detailing what teams, equipment & job methods are needed to complete the job. Information is to be directly internally to produce a planned maintenance quotation.
• To attend sites across the country to create detailed PPM drainage connectivity plans. External drainage plans to be created by hand on a printed site map & internal/soil plans to be created via handheld tablet. Surveyor to lift/identify all assets on site & all assets using various methods of testing IE: Drainage dye & CCTV equipment.
• To attend sites across the country to carry out regular site inspections as part of our planned maintenance portfolio by creating a conditional report of all assets & submitting remedial/recommendation forms to highlight any defects, access issues etc.
• To assist Delivery department with live PPM works (where required) by attending site with tanker vacuum unit and assisting with clearance works.

The ideal candidate:

• Full driving license
• Drainage background / Internal & external drainage knowledge required
• Attention to detail
• Good technology usage
• Exceptional punctuality
• Availability to complete overtime
• Availability to work stayaways approximately once every 2 weeks.
