New Hire Incentive available up to $4,000 for those who qualify.

This is a full-time, partially remote position (3 days remote and 2 days onsite) working the day shift Monday through Friday and is located at Scripps Mercy San Diego Hospital. You must be residing in San Diego or in California to be eligible for hire. 

Please note that if you are residing outside of San Diego or parts of Riverside County, your medical benefits may be affected.

  • Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago
  • New Graduates (Must have at least 1 year of experience)

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

  • Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
  • Must remain in original department/specialty
  • Must remain in original Job Title
  • Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Manipulation of numbers and complex problem-solving skills.

Required Certification/Registration: Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) or board eligible.

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: Experience working with Varian Eclipse treatment planning system, and ARIA.
