As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking strong leaders to drive the operational success of our developments, shaping communities for our customers and ensuring a customer-centric culture across all areas of our business.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of Operations managers who are responsible for the delivery of care and property management.Champion the promotion of independent living with domiciliary care and lifestyle services as a key enabler to enjoying an active, healthy and sociable retirement.Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and deliver superb customer value.Oversee and improve operational KPIs, customer satisfaction, and financial performance within your division.Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to foster high performance and customer engagement.Own and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and complaint reduction.Ensure property compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.Who We’re Looking For:Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably within retirement living, housing and property management, or health and social care sectors.A strategic leader with excellent communication skills, capable of managing large teams and driving business performance.Strong commercial acumen, able to manage budgets and achieve business growth.A people-centric leader who can develop talent, build teams, and inspire high performance.
