The above post offers an exciting opportunity for developing leadership skills as Dundee H&SCP is in the implementation phase of Transforming District Nursing Services. Excellent leadership skills are required, including those required for the daily management of a caseload and the skill mix of teams maximising the wider opportunities to improve outcomes for the population in Dundee.We are looking for a Practitioner who will be a professional role model who leads by example and embrace the challenge of being a named caseload holder working in a modern, supportive environment across the 24hr period to meet service needs.The post holder will be a registered nurse with Specialist Practitioner Qualification in Community Nursing in the Home or District Nursing diploma or certificate. The ability to travel across the city is essential.
