Dispatcher & Customer Service Specialist
to join their team. If you have experience working as a dispatcher and have great organization and administrative skills, this could be a great fit for you!
Dispatcher & Customer Service Specialist
Job Duties:
- Maintain the dispatch board (scheduling & dispatching)
- Daily hands-on customer and department communication
- Work directly with the technicians or homeowner to help them meet their service needs
- Manage the computerized and paper scheduling system
- Maintain a customer-friendly and professional attitude when dealing with customers
Dispatcher & Customer Service Specialist
Job Required:
- 1+ years of dispatching experience; in an industrial setting
- Scheduling experience
- 1+ years of office based customer service
- Scheduling experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Data Entry and experience managing spreadsheets
Schedule
: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM
Pay:
$24 – $26 per hour
