Our solutions are best-in-breed and it is essential our recruiting practices are too.Your ImpactBe responsible for managing the TA department (recruiters, sourcers and cross functional ops). You will own building and implementing the TA strategy for EMEA Go To Market, Unit42 and associated functionsAs the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will not only lead our talent acquisition efforts but also be a key member of the senior People Team.Your insights and expertise in talent acquisition will be vital in shaping the strategic direction of our workforce development. Work closely with other senior leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with the region’s overall business objectives and cultural ethos.Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our people’s strategies are seamlessly integrated with our business goals. Have a clear organizational design which reflects the needs of the business and the strategy you have helped createCreate clear goals for the team based on the regional strategy and measure and manage the team against themCollaborate with our people team in compensation & benefits, operations and the people business partners in the regionStay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect Palo Alto Networks products and servicesTravel as necessary within your territory, and to company-wide meetingsQualificationsYour ExperienceExperience at a large technology company is preferred.Demonstrated experience managing and leading large teams as a 2nd Line ManagerExperience working with a Go To Market Sales Function is criticalExperience working in a matrix structure organization with a strong, collaborative communication styleStrong ability to identify problems, review data, determine the root cause, and provide scalable solutionsDemonstrate in depth knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and the ability to deliver a structured hiring processAbility to take a holistic approach to problem solving by understanding the bigger picture, and considering complex interrelationships and outcomeAdditional InformationThe TeamOur TA team members work hand-in-hand with business leaders to ensure we are providing diverse slates of candidates and hiring the best possible person for the job every time through rigorous and efficient hiring processes..
