Our solutions are best-in-breed and it is essential our recruiting practices are too.Your ImpactBe responsible for managing the TA department (recruiters, sourcers and cross functional ops). You will own building and implementing the TA strategy for EMEA Go To Market, Unit42 and associated functionsAs the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will not only lead our talent acquisition efforts but also be a key member of the senior People Team.Your insights and expertise in talent acquisition will be vital in shaping the strategic direction of our workforce development. Work closely with other senior leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with the region’s overall business objectives and cultural ethos.Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our people’s strategies are seamlessly integrated with our business goals.
