You will join a global, diverse and cross-functional environment where you will get personal and professional development.About the role:Leads and directs a team of programmers to ensure portfolio deliveryLeads capacity management while driving recruitment and skill development by providing training and mentorshipAccountable for the quality and compliance to internal, external and regulatory requirements for the delivery of programming aspects in clinical developmentHolds partners and providers accountable for the quality of their deliverablesProvides strategic, scientific and programming advice and expertise to the team

Leads and contributes in improvement and organizational initiatives within and outside of functionEmploys all project management practices in managing drug or technical projects (including risk management)Maintains expertise of the latest industry and regulatory requirement to stay current with the programming practicesAccountabilities:
In this role, you will provide input into the strategy for the programming function, offer strategic, scientific and programming advice to the team, and define programming strategic direction for implementation of statistical programming aspects of the clinical development program/s. You will also lead, manage and develop a group of programmers, providing guidance and mentorship.Essential Skills/Experience:Degree in Mathematics (i.e., Applied Math, Engineering, etc), Statistics, Computer Science, Life Science, or equivalent experienceProven programming leadership experience including input to functional strategies, hiring and nurturing talent, risk management, in global organization/sThorough knowledge of the clinical development process, regulatory requirements and industry standardsAbility to influence relevant stakeholders and global teamsExcellent problem solving and conflict resolution skillsDesirable Skills/Experience:Experience working in the Respiratory or Immunology therapeutic areaDemonstrated experience designing and implementing business processesWillingness and ability to travelWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
