We are the source of growth, passion and drive for the Salesforce UKI businessWe are looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Director for our UKI Cloud Business to drive the next chapter in our growing market and act as trusted advisor for the SVP UKI Cloud Sales and the leadership team. The role will be supporting the SVP UKI Clouds and will be reporting into the Head of Sales Strategy & Operations UKI.The successful candidate will be responsible for:(1) Partnering with UKI SVP Cloud leader to drive and assess the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing recommendation
(2) Drive UKI Cloud strategy, business planning and operations for Prime business (Digital, Tableau), and Specialist Cloud Sales (Slack, Service, Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud)
(3) Establish the governance for the UKI Cloud business (KPIs, reporting, QBRs, Cloud Boards, etc)
(4) Owning the business operational model and cadence (forecast calls, business reviews etc)
(5) Defining and implementing the right go-to-market approach (Segmentation, Planning, Headcount, Quotas)
(6) Delivering strategic projects to improve the business in the long-term
(7) Working to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements
(8) Ensuring that the business follows defined procedures and comply with quality requirementsThe work is sustained on a vast amount of sales data captured by the Salesforce Platform and discussions with key stakeholders across functions. The successful candidate will possess very strong analytical & problem solving skills, communication skills, strong work ethic and will want to learn and grow their career in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the health of the business by interpreting key performance metrics and present recommendations to senior leadership.
