Join us as the Director of Renewal Operations!
As the Director of Renewal Operations at BMC, you will be responsible for implementing process improvement, strategy creation and process documentation, for the Renewals organization in accordance with established policies and procedures. In this role, you will convert complex data into actionable insights, enabling effective decision-making and advancing organizational goals. You will bring exceptional leadership, analytical acumen, and the ability to drive results through influence that enables world class execution in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC’s and your own success:
  • Oversee the sales operations function for the Renewals portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with strategic objectives. Oversee the creation and implementation of the Renewals Business Plan.
  • Provide concise, relevant information and recommendations to company executives to facilitate informed business decisions.
  • Transform complex sales and business data into meaningful, actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency. Oversee planning process for Renewals including the distribution of quotas. Monitor forecast to ensure key criteria are in place to achieve plan.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing sales operations team, fostering professional growth and collaboration. Partner with the renewals team leaders and finance team to drive appropriate metrics to measure business performance.
  • Drive key outcomes by leveraging influence across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Communicate updates to Revenue Office and Operations organizations.
To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
  • You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field with 8+ years of progressive experience in sales/renewal operations, business analytics, or related disciplines, preferably within a tech/software organization.
  • You have 4+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
  • Proven ability to drive results through influence and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • You have a strong working knowledge of sales processes and systems/tools, including experience working with SFDC (CRM), Pricing Tools, Oracle, Tableau (plus), as well as excellent MS Office Skills (proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • You are a strategic thinker who has experience working with executive leadership and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The range listed is just one component of BMC’s employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $168,075 – $280,125
