Your new role:As the Talent Development Director at Sage, your main responsibility is to develop a global learning strategy that aligns with our mission of knowledge dissemination and professional development. This role requires crafting innovative learning programs to empower employees, foster leadership, and promote continuous learning. You will also be instrumental in integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion into all our development initiatives.Key accountabilities:
- Develop and implement a global learning and development strategy that aligns with Sage’s mission to support the dissemination of knowledge and foster educational progress.
- Build and implement leadership development initiatives to nurture the next generation of leaders at Sage, while upholding our values of integrity, innovation, and inclusivity.
- Craft and deliver scalable global learning programs customized to meet the distinctive requirements of Sage’s globally diverse workforce, using a combination of learning approaches.
- Merge the most up-to-date learning technologies (learning management systems, tools driven by artificial intelligence, virtual reality and augmented reality) to offer stimulating, pertinent, and inventive learning solutions.
- Own and manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure service provisions are met and learning investments are fully realized.
- Connect L&D programs with performance management to support talent growth and development. Use data insights to measure the value of L&D initiatives and improve learning solutions based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Encourage and coordinate a global L&D team, ensuring alignment with Sage’s mission of delivering educational content and promoting growth. Also, lead all aspects of the L&D budget to maximize impact across global teams.
- Collaborate with Sage’s DEI leadership to incorporate equity and inclusion in the global learning strategy. Develop learning initiatives on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and cross-cultural competence to promote diversity and equity in the workplace.
