Engineering Components to join their team!

Director of Engineering Responsibilities:

  • Direct Engineering team to reach accurate and timely completion of
    projects and ensure compliance with all appropriate regulatory, customer, and
    OEM requirements.
  • Oversee
    and guide the technical aspects of component and accessory repair, leveraging
    your deep expertise to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and implement best
    practices.
  • Lead
    the design, development, and implementation of testing equipment for various
    aerospace components, ensuring they meet rigorous industry standards and
    performance requirements.
  • Drive
    continuous improvement and innovation in repair processes, incorporating new
    technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Work
    closely with cross-functional teams as well as executive teams, including
    repair technicians, quality assurance, and product development, to ensure
    seamless integration of engineering solutions.

Schedule: Monday
– Friday, day shift schedule.

  • This is a fully onsite opportunity.

Director of Engineering Components Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in component and accessory repair,
    with a deep understanding of repair processes and technologies.
  • Experience working within an MRO environment with accessories.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing testing equipment
    for aerospace components.
  • While not
    required, experience in a management or leadership role is preferred and will
    be considered a valuable asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree
    in engineering or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Compensation: $110,000 to $160,000 annually.
