In this key leadership role, you will drive growth strategies, identify new revenue opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and lead customer acquisition efforts.To recognize your impact, this role offers:Generous commissions on all sales generated.An equity stake in the business based on achieving predefined milestones.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a scalable business development strategy to drive growth.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and enterprise customers.
  • Drive outbound and inbound sales strategies to expand customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize positioning and outreach.
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key players in the industry.
  • Set KPIs and measure the success of business development initiatives.
  • Represent The Recruiter Tool at industry events, webinars, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and sales (Director-level experience is not required).
  • A strong network within the recruitment industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
