With a focus on enterprise-level sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, strong leadership skills, and extensive knowledge of the French market in particular as well as Spanish & Italian markets.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for South Europe in alignment with TeamViewer’s overall sales objectives
  • Identify key market segments, target accounts, and sales opportunities to maximize revenue growth
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive strategic enterprise sales initiatives
  • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team capable of achieving revenue targets
  • Foster a collaborative and positive sales culture, encouraging teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance and demonstrating the value proposition of our products and services
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction

Requirements

  • +7 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the technology or software industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the relevant markets
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, solution selling, and complex deal negotiations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
  • Experience working in a global or cross-cultural environment is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Europe as required
  • Fluency in French & English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
