DescriptionDirect Support Worker – $27/hr – Hiring ImmediatelyOur group home partner located in Greenfield, MA is looking to hire a Direct Care Worker on an immediate basis to help with the staff. With a pay rate up to $27/hr and a weekly pay structure this is an exciting opportunity.What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct support with daily living activities, including self-care, hygiene, and social skills
• Assist with behavioral and habilitative programs, ensuring residents’ well-being
• Monitor and report concerns, maintaining a safe and supportive environment
• Follow Individual Service Plans (ISP) and assist in crisis intervention when needed
• Accompany individuals to appointments and meetings as required

Required Experience:

• 3+ months of direct care experience
• Compassion and patience – a genuine desire to help others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must have reliable transportation in order to commute to Greenfield, MA

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities
