Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
Compensation: Competitive pay + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your expertise to source and screen top-tier candidates using industry-leading tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms.
• Proactively search for and attract talent on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
• Conduct interviews (via phone, video, in-person) to assess candidate skills and fit for open roles.
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure a strong understanding of their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of recruiting experience within the staffing industry (Full Desk), with a proven track record of successful placements.
• Drive: Passionate, self-motivated, and competitive with a strong focus on achieving goals.
• Skills: Excellent verbal written communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
