Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Analyst to join our software engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our digital products through both automated and manual testing efforts. The ecosystem includes an e-commerce platform, administrative portals, point-of-sale (POS) and other vendor integrations, and all of the supporting RESTful API endpoints.This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of QA methodologies, and experience working within agile development environments using Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate is well-versed in test automation using tools such as Katalon Studio and / or Selenium, while also being comfortable performing exploratory and regression testing manually when needed.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases (manual and automated) for a suite of web and backend applications
• Leverage Katalon or Selenium to build, maintain, and scale automated test suites
• Leverage Browserstack to automate testing of web applications across browser platforms
• Conduct end-to-end testing across e-commerce websites, admin portals, point-of-sale systems, and RESTful API endpoints
• Collaborate closely with software engineers and product owners to understand requirements and provide timely feedback
• Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps
• Help define and drive quality standards and best practices across the QA process
• Mentor junior QA analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance role
• 2+ years of experience using quality assurance automation tools such as Katalon Studio or Selenium
• Proficient in manual testing techniques and able to design clear and effective test cases
• Experience testing .NET and Angular applications, and RESTful API Endpoints
• Familiarity with using tools like Postman and Swagger for validation
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• 2+ years experience with Azure DevOps
