Digital Product Manager in Toronto, Ontario

One of TEKsystems largest banking clients is seeking to hire a Digital Product Manager to join their North American Digital Channels team. This person will be working on a number of products related to Digital Money Management on the launch of a net new feature on their customer-facing, self-serve Mobile application.

As the Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the design, build and deployment of digital products to market success. You will ensure new features and enhancements are meeting development, user experience and accessibility standards and are aligned to our wider business objectives.

What you’re responsible for:

• Managing all aspects of the design and build process, including requirements writing, envisioning, story mapping, design, wireframes, master copy deck and backlog prioritization.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business models, priorities, challenges and dependencies and ensuring alignment with scope, time and budget.

• Developing, maintaining and refining the product roadmap while using customer insights and usability feedback to understand consumer behaviour.

• Ensuring product-specific objectives and key metrics are established, tracked and monitored.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• You have 3-5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, including experience working in an Agile environment.

• Product Management base (50%): Deal with business requirements, transform them to bite-size stories, prioritize, have a short/mid/long-term vision, deliver on it

• Technical Product addition (30%): Easily combine external and internal systems together, keep in mind non-functional requirements (architecture, security, infrastructure, reliability, etc) and at the end turn a product idea into a real practical IT service

• Domain knowledge (20%): Specific domain knowledge on cloud environment (i.e. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure) and cloud services development/integrations/migration

• You have expert knowledge of market, customers and industry trends relating to digital channels and user experiences.

This is a hybrid role in Toronto – candidates must be able/willing to go into office

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 – $80.00
