We’re proud of our inclusive, supportive culture and are entering an exciting period of growth-making this the perfect time to come onboard and shape our digital future.The Role: What You’ll DoYou’ll work closely with the Managing Director and Sales Director to design and implement strategic digital marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be LinkedIn, but you’ll also shape our broader digital presence across SEO, email, and paid channels.Key Responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing digital campaigns across LinkedIn, email, SEO, and paid media
- Generating and nurturing leads through engaging, data-informed strategies
- Managing and growing our social media presence, primarily on LinkedIn
- Writing high-quality content: landing pages, emails, blog posts, and ads
- Measuring and analysing performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and similar tools
- Managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain brand consistency
- Staying ahead of marketing trends and digital best practices
Skills & ExperienceRequired:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or SaaS setting
- Proven ability to generate leads and drive brand visibility
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to create professional, persuasive content
- Experience with CRMs and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Mailchimp)
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects independently
Desirable:
- Experience in the legal or rehabilitation sector
- CMS familiarity (e.g., WordPress), and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- A/B testing and landing page optimisation know-how
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
