You will work closely with global and regional marketing teams to create campaigns that drive growth in brand awareness, lead generation, and customer upsell across both paid and owned digital channels. The ideal candidate is a data-driven and creative go-getter with proven success overseeing targeted multi-channel campaigns with demonstrated ROI. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you’ll have the opportunity to be part of highly impactful and transformational initiatives that position Nexthink as the leader in digital employee experience management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy & Execution
  • Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive digital strategy tailored to the EMEA region that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and customer upsell goals.
  • Balance project priorities and goals across stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive approach to digital channel strategy and execution.
  • Partner closely with the ABM team to curate targeted paid media campaigns that drive high-impact engagement.
  • Coordinate with external agency to maximize the impact of digital marketing budget.
  • Campaign & Content Management
  • Oversee paid campaigns across search, social, and display channels, including Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and 6sense.
  • Ideate advertising creatives and write compelling ad copy tailored to each channel and audience segment based on local needs and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders to produce engaging localized posts on owned social channels to continuously grow our following
  • Analytics and Optimization
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Implement and evaluate A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness and help shape future campaign strategy and budget allocation.
  • SEO Optimization
  • Support SEO initiatives through technical audits, keyword research, and strategic content recommendations to improve search rankings and discoverability.
  • Market Trends & Innovation
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, identifying opportunities to keep Nexthink at the forefront of digital engagement.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and keyword research to improve search engine rankings and online presence.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a history of targeting IT decision makers and supporting ABM strategies from end-to-end.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and nuances within EMEA regions, including localization, market preferences, and channel selection.
  • Hands-on experience launching and managing campaigns in paid search, social, and display channels such as Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and 6sense.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Data-driven, with experience in setting KPIs, tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns based on insights. Must be able to translate complex data from multiple inputs into actionable insights.
  • Experience driving website content and technical SEO recommendations using tools such as Semrush to improve search rankings on Google and Bing (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of leveraging market research techniques, competitive analysis, and buyer personas.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics, or similar.
  • A fast learner, with an appetite to continue to develop in digital marketing.
