Contract Digital Marketing Manager – Luxury Sector (Targeting High-Net-Worth Individuals)Location: Central LoondonDay Rate: £290-£300 – (Inside IR35)Contract Duration: Until 31st December 2025Working Pattern: 3-4 days per week – Onsite.Start Date: ASAPOverview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our digital presence and performance marketing efforts. Operating within the luxury sector, our brand targets high-net-worth individuals, offering premium products and services.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across PPC, programmatic display, and paid social platforms (primarily Facebook and Instagram).
- Enhance social media content quality, focusing on short-form video and photography-based content, in collaboration with our graphic designer.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Support automated email marketing initiatives to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Contribute to LinkedIn strategies aimed at influencing purchasing decisions among affluent clientele.
- Collaborate with external agencies on strategic development and oversee the execution of marketing plans.
- Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to uplift the team’s performance and output quality.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing within luxury sectors, targeting high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong background in performance marketing, including hands-on experience with PPC, programmatic advertising, and paid social campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling content tailored to high-net-worth audiences.
- Experience with automated email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- High energy and proactive approach, with the capability to drive pace, quality, and innovation in marketing initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a channel for influencing purchasing decisions in a luxury context.
Additional Information:
- This role requires a blend of strategic thinking (25-30%) and hands-on execution (70-75%).
- The successful candidate will be part of a one-stage interview process, involving initial discussions with the hiring manager, followed by a technical deep-dive with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
