Senior Designer, Creative ServicesWorking at our iconic office in King’s Cross, London, and virtually via Microsoft TeamsYour new role at NewDayWe’re growing our in-house agency, and we’re looking for a Senior Designer to help us elevate our creative conceptualisations and output. Blending innovative vision, critical thinking, and channel expertise, the role will be pivotal to the expansion of our in-house team.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital design roles, a strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of expertise, and will inspire both colleagues and customers through your work. As an innovative problem solver, they will work on briefs across performance, brand and digital, working closely with studio leadership to elevate the innovative culture and processes of the teamFurther leadership opportunities could be available, through helping to craft the creative culture, mentoring and line management.You’ll deliver

• Excellent brand design work across multiple channels, delivered on time and to budget including both graphic and digital design.
• Creative ideas and execution, concept development and the management of design standards

What you’ll bring:

• A strong design eye and a passion for all things design and marketing. You’ll have knowledge and a curiosity about how other creative mediums (video, motion, audio, illustration etc) can help elevate an idea.
• You’ll be an ideas person and enjoy asking if there’s a better way and if so, how we can make it happen. You’ll use inspiration from the industry by paying attention to trends to keep our work fresh and relevant
• The ability to articulate your ideas, to sell a vision and the benefits, along with understanding broader business goals and strategy.

We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:

• Working in an agency environment (possibly in another in-house agency) or with a digital brand.
• The Adobe Suite & Figma.
• Delivering a variety of creative design campaigns, e.g digital, OOH, ad concepts.

And would love you to know or learn:

• Leadership or creative mentoring
• Are you curious about other exploring other design skills such as photography, videography, illustration, or motion graphics?
