Your mission will be to transform this platform into Virgin Management’s ultimate brand hub.You’ll consolidate assets, add missing metadata, and digitalise analogue gems. But that’s not all! Our unique work culture and purpose unite us.Tell me moreThe Digital Asset Manager will continue the consolidation process all of Virgin Group’s digital and hard copy assets, while driving Brandfolder engagement across the entire organisation:
- Organise, sort, and catalog digital assets, including daily uploads and metadata management.
- Train users and champion platform adoption across the organisation.
- Manage IP rights and usage restrictions, adding relevant metadata to assets.
- Digitise large volumes of analog assets and refine existing digital assets.
- Curate and structure Virgin’s Brandfolder ‘Collections’, including development of Virgin Red’s Brandfolder.
- Collaborate with Legal and IT teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements (IP, GDPR, consent, retention policies).
- Develop and maintain user guides, provide training, and serve as the primary point of contact for Brandfolder-related inquiries.
- Manage asset usage rights, permissions for archived content, and support external photography uploads for Virgin Unite.
What you’ll need
- Strong Digital Asset Management experience with Brandfolder or an equivalent software, such as MediaValet, Bynder, Scaleflex, Pics.io, Brightspot, Filecamp, or Wedia.
- Experience in delivering engaging and informative training to teams and individuals.
- Strong understanding of IP rights and asset security.
- Self-motivated with a track record of improving Digital Asset Management processes/systems.
- Proficiency in image/video sharing services and digitising analog assets.
- Experience in asset migration between systems.
- Proven organisational and project management abilities.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
