The Development Coordinator (m/f/d) will be responsible for project management and administrative activities supporting the philanthropy team, taking notes, creating project timelines, collecting updates and results, and tracking project progress. The Coordinator (m/f/d) may also support the team by drafting correspondence and acknowledgements, managing donor lists and files, planning logistics of meetings, and assisting with the planning of special events.
The Coordinator (m/f/d) will use the available fundraising management system to produce donor reports, track prospects and donors, and assist in the management of the discovery and cultivation process. They will apply established processes and practices in order to improve effectiveness of collaborative team projects. The Coordinator will have substantial contact with staff, donors, legal and financial professionals. They will provide other staff with information they need to make decisions and solve problems.
They will perform administrative functions as required in different projects, and will spend 20% their time to support the Director of Philanthropy on administration.
The Development Coordinator (m/f/d) provides project management support to the European philanthropy team activities, and provides administrative support to the Director of Philanthropy for Europe.
