Linum Consult’s client is an international design and build main contractor, specialising in large commercial and industrial buildings. They are looking to hire a Project Manager with experience in large industrial building projects to join their team in the Rhône-Alpes region.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining effective communication with clients, engineers, site staff, and other stakeholders
• Leading the construction management team to ensure that the project cycle is completed and meets the agreed standards and objectives
• Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure that all works are carried out to high standards, deadlines and budgets
• Preparing, leading, and attending site meetings and proactively ensuring the dissemination of information
• Ensuring construction sites are kept safe and in compliance with health and safety standards

PROFILE

• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role on complex, large-scale industrial buildings, e.g. data centre construction projects, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, etc.
• Degree qualification in Construction Management or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Excellent technical knowledge of planning and management of construction sites, using MS Project, Primavera and BIM tools
• Previously worked for main contractors or engineering consultancies in a hands-on role
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, ideally with a third European language
