Supporting our agents in the delivery of exceptional real estate brokerage service to their clients, this position will be accountable for all operational elements necessary to comply with the individual provincial license law, association membership and MLS participation, along with the transaction review process, compliance training, and the eXp Risk Management program. This person will have an exceptional track record as a supervising real estate broker/manager of a medium to large firm, an understanding of real estate brokerage at a provincial level, an aptitude for leading and inspiring teams, a collaborative approach and a boundless work ethic. They must be a “people-person” but also possess the ability to implement systems and processes.As a key participant on the eXp Realty provincial leadership team, she/he ensures that eXp delivers exceptional brokerage support to agents in their representation of clients and customersActs in the capacity of the Designated Provincial Managing Broker/Broker of RecordConducts training to enhance agent’s knowledge and understanding of contract, risk management, licensing and Provincial real estate lawTimely and promptly responds to agent requests for assistancePerforms contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance of transactions as neededCoordinates distribution of inbound mailLiaison between agents and other internal departments when necessaryPeriodic Face to Face meetings to cultivate trust and collaborationPromote practices to better ensure the safety and well-being of all agentsPromotes a culture that is positive and supportive, upholding the core values of eXp Realty including collaboration, transparency, integrity, agile, agent-centric, and are relationship focusedRecognizes and adheres to the employee/employer model, guidelines and direction as an eXp and enforce accountability for their achievementEnsures the implementation of the eXp Risk Management Program and valued risk management tools to eXp AgentsManages and implements the ongoing enhancement of and compliance with company-wide and individual provincial brokerage operations manualsProvides oversight of customer facing marketing activitiesMediates issues between eXp agents within the province when requiredSupports innovation in how the company can efficiently support its growing provincial agent base in terms of brokerage operationsSupports eXp Growth Leaders by positively engaging with prospective agents, groups and teams who are interested in joining eXpWorks hand-in-hand with eXp Growth Leaders for the overall success of eXp Realty in their provinceProvides monthly reports to leadership regarding Brokerage Operations key indicatorsWhen applicable, provides leadership and guidance to Managing Brokers and all administrative support members in the provinceSuch other duties as may be assignedRegularly conducts training to enhance agent’s knowledge and understanding of contracts, risk management, licensing and both federal and provincial real estate law and compliance to our FINTRAC Manual, Privacy Policy, DNC List and requirements and the Competition ActEffectively consults and engages with eXp agents and others in problem solving of matters associated with difficult or complex transaction issuesProvides guidance and support to agents as neededBroker will encourage agents to utilize eXp tools & platforms as their primary resourceYour job includes any EXPI entity, in your area, that may be assignedHow you will grab our attention:Holds an active real estate broker designated license with continuing education credits in real estate management and legal complianceMust be fluent in English, Hindi, and PunjabiA keen interest in and high level, experience in real estate compliance activities including a deep knowledge and understanding of legal obligations of real estate professionals under the provincial and federal law, FINTRAC, Privacy Act, the CREA Code of Ethics and MLS Rules and RegulationsProven track record of managing a medium to large brokerage firm, specifically from an operations or compliance perspectiveAbility to lead and motivate others including a track record of developing staff and maintaining a high standard of employee relationsExcellent communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organizationHighly collaborative and capable of working with internal partners to facilitate successful results both in person and in a virtual environmentThink operationally and strategically to achieve business goalsAble to drive results and meet
