• Develop detailed engineering designs and specifications for precast concrete product manufacturing.
• Ensure all designs comply with project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, state agencies, and manufacturing teams to optimize designs for efficiency and feasibility.
• Troubleshoot design challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Review technical drawings for accuracy and prepare documentation to support quality assurance.
• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements, applying your knowledge to improve processes and outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align expectations and deliver outstanding results.

Job RequirementsQualifications of the Design Engineer:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex technical issues and craft innovative solutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precision and compliance in designs.
• Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with teams and present ideas effectively.
• A customer-focused mindset to understand and exceed client expectations.
