We are working with top-tier global law firms in London on Associate level opportunities within their market-leading Structured Finance and Derivatives teams.These roles offer exposure to complex and high-value work, acting for major financial institutions, corporates, funds, and sovereigns. The practices span OTC derivatives, structured products, repos, securities lending, and broader structured finance mandates, often with a strong cross-border focus.If you are currently working in Derivatives, Structured Products, or Structured Finance, or are a Banking/Finance lawyer looking to transition into this area, we would welcome a confidential conversation.Current roles include:Elite UK Law Firm: Derivatives Associate role with a focus on OTC and hedging documentation.
