As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the dental practice operates efficiently and patients receive excellent care. You will assist the dentist during procedures, provide patient support, and help maintain a clean and organized workspace.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including preparing instruments and materials.
• Ensure patient comfort and provide a welcoming experience.
• Perform chairside assistance, including suctioning, passing instruments, and maintaining a sterile field.
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.
• Prepare treatment rooms for procedures, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.
• Schedule appointments and update patient records accurately using dental software.
• Provide post-treatment care instructions to patients.
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix or Eaglesoft) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
