You will plan and create content across a variety of media aimed at supporting LGIM’s defined contribution business.What you’ll be doing:

  • Generating ideas for powerful content that can influence every stage of the DC client journey across a range of platforms and in a variety of formats, including social media, video and podcasts, as well as providing material for events and marketing collateral
  • Producing client and adviser communications, such as email updates from the Head of DC, Distribution, business announcements and crisis communications
  • Providing compliant copy-editing for regular DC fund reports and presentations from subject matter experts and coordinate and proof-read content from external writers
  • Building productive relationships with colleagues in Distribution, Investments and other stakeholders across the business
  • Supporting DC-related projects as required and providing ad hoc support to the Content team and wider Marketing team, including editing, advertising creative, digital content management, internal communications support, events copy, award submissions and comment for news media where required
  • Contributing to a kind, collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
  • Ensuring compliance with all Consumer Duty accountabilities, including the responsibility to produce and maintain clear, fair, and non-misleading marketing collateral and client-facing material. Additionally, ensure that divisional standards are upheld, and any concerns are promptly escalated to senior management for appropriate action

QualificationsWho we’re looking for:

  • BA/BS in English (or a comparable Arts or Languages degree), Economics, Finance or Marketing
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills; proficiency in writing for a variety of audiences. An understanding of the requirements of DC clients and customers
  • The ability to write blogs; host or produce podcasts; conduct video interviews; generate internal comms; and craft messages for social media platforms
  • At least five years’ writing experience in a professional capacity at an asset manager, PR agency or news outlet
  • Editing and proof-reading experience
  • Experience of leveraging multimedia to promote content
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of different stakeholders
