Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a talented and dynamic Part-Time djobshiringnearme.orgbar Host who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do!

What you will do:

• Greet guests promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact and a smile.
• Utilizing Open Table, the individual takes reservations, reviews the daily reservation book and has the ability to seat guests with/without reservations.
• have a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and what is unavailable for that day.
• A principle role within the restaurant and bar, the Host is familiar with server stations, their daily assignments, their personal timing patterns and their maximum workload capacity.
• Being familiar with frequent guests and knows their names and preferences.

What you will bring:

• excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is also required.
• Additional language a definite asset for career growth
• Able to stand for the majority of the shift
• The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request
• The ability to remain calm under pressure is essential
• Smart Serve certification is a must
• At minimum 1 year previous Host experience in a fast paced food and beverage operation
• Completion or currently enrolled in a Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field.
