You will work with amazing and diverse colleagues with a deep sense of commitment to live Our Values and together, Go All The Way for our customers, society and for each other.This position will be focused on providing relevant, accurate data to all Category Managers and Technology stakeholders to give them an overview of spend and savings, trends, key dates etc to enable them to make informed decisions.Key Responsibilities:Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure accuracy and legitimacy of dataCreate weekly and monthly dashboards as required by various categoriesConduct regular meetings with Technology Procurement team members and Category Leads on dashboard improvementsDevise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspectsAssist with reports and data extraction when neededMonitor and analyze information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades etc.)Ensure digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data lossesTroubleshoot data-related problemsTimely production and maintenance of reportsCreate and maintain data content for internal publicationsWho we are looking for:Our employees represent a wide range of educational backgrounds, work experience and nationalities – most important to us is your personal skills.
