We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Insights Business Partner to lead the transformation of our recruitment data into powerful, actionable insights that shape how we hire talent globally. In this hybrid role, you’ll combine deep technical expertise with strategic business partnering to optimise our hiring strategies, improve candidate experience, and empower leaders with data-driven decision-making.
You’ll be the go-to expert for owning, refining, and scaling our recruitment reporting ecosystem—from Workday dashboards to predictive analytics. You’ll also collaborate closely with global talent acquisition teams and stakeholders to ensure insights are embedded into everyday hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve TA data infrastructure

Manage and optimize the TA data ecosystem across systems like Workday, Power BI, Eightfold, Excel, and other platforms. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for reporting and insights. Identification of behaviours/processes leading to data issues. * Deliver insight-driven reportingDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports that track core recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, funnel conversion, Inclusive hiring metrics, sourcing channel performance). Move beyond reporting to deliver trend analysis and actionable recommendations. * Enable self-serve reporting for TA teamsBuild scalable, intuitive dashboards and data tools that empower recruiters and leaders to access and act on data independently. * Partner with global TA and business stakeholdersAct as a strategic advisor to Talent Acquisition leaders and wider business leaders, turning data into insight and insight into action across regions and functions. * Drive predictive analytics initiativesDevelop early models and strategies to forecast hiring needs, identify bottlenecks, predict attraction risks, and optimise hiring strategies. * Champion data storytellingCreate compelling narratives and visual stories with data to influence decision-making and align stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, and business units. * Support workforce planning and strategy conversationsUse historical and current hiring data to drive headcount planning, location strategy, and capacity modelling conversations helping drive TA from reactive to proactive.2025 Priorities

  • Launch and scale self-serve recruitment dashboards for global TA teams
  • Explore and launch analytics and insights from Workday, Eightfold and PowerBI
  • Elevate data visualisation and storytelling across hiring activities
  • Begin transitioning from historical reporting to predictive hiring analytics
  • Strengthen reporting on inclusive hiring, candidate experience, and funnel efficiency

What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, or HR data insights role
  • Strong technical skills with Excel, Power BI, Workday, and other relevant data tools
  • Ability to analyse, visualise, and interpret TA datasets
  • Ability to identify where processes or behaviours are driving poor data validity
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insight and influence decisions at all levels
