Hybrid ScheduleAs a Data Business Analyst you will be leading Data Management & Business Intelligence efforts for our clients growing company. In addition to data management, they require someone that is a subject matter expert in finance and capital markets. The focus of this role is partnership with business functions to design data solutions that allow their organization to stay competitive in a rapidly changing business environment.Responsibilities:

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex analytical work to a broad audience. Collaboration with key business functions to understand drivers of data utilization and document requirements that advance analytic capabilities. Work with the Enterprise Data Solutions team to design solutions that meet the requirements.
  • Execution of data delivery, organized business testing, and validation of data results
  • Identification and management of data quality issues as part of an enterprise data stewardship program
  • Work alongside an Implementation Consultant on all relevant development tasks
  • Perform data mining and write SQL Queries to uncover issues with data throughout the implementation
  • Work on multiple projects at the same time

Requirements:

  • Experience with WSO (for financial discussions), MDM & Data warehouse are all a plus.
  • 5+ years experience in developing performance analytics (data quality experience a plus)
  • 5+ years experience in program management with a record of driving performance improvement
  • Strong experience in driving multiple business owners to completion of enterprise goals/standards
  • Strong knowledge and experience in data management tools, principles, and processes
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments to meet critical and established deadlines
  • Ability to adjust priorities as necessary in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and mathematical skills
  • Ability to lead and work with remote and offshore teams
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university in a relevant business/technology field
