We are looking for a Data Analyst Lending to join the Fintech Data Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Our team creates innovative lending products across multiple markets, catering to the diverse needs of consumers, vendors, and riders on our platform. We design solutions that enhance our customers’ experiences, ensuring that our lending portfolio provides value and support.

Your mission: 

• Work in a highly effective team responsible for the processing of financial transactions amounting to billions of euros

• Partner closely with Fintech Business and Product stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, set the roadmap for analytics work of various products offer lending solutions to our consumers, vendors, and riders

• Collaborate with the Data Science team to optimize the performance of our lending portfolios 

• Explore and analyze high volumes of data in order to quantify and answer questions to improve business performance. Monitor KPIs, identify user behavior patterns, and actively take actions to improve lending portfolio performance across multiple regions

• Collaborate with the central teams in Berlin as well as with the regional and local teams to run A/B tests, and experiments, and drive best credit management practices across the globe

• Proactively bring new ideas and suggestions to the team and our internal clients to improve our Fintech setup

 

Qualifications

Your heroic skills: 

• Relevant work experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence or comparable functions within organizations focused on credit

• Proficiency with SQL

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau and Looker) to build intuitive and insightful data stories.

• Familiarity with mathematical and statistical data analysis techniques (such as regression, extrapolation, time series analysis, forecasting, statistical hypothesis testing and econometric models)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement business strategy to data analysis and make recommendations to product and business stakeholders

• Good and versatile communication and presentation skills (technical vs business vs layman vs C-level)

 

Nice to have:

• Credit analytics experience, familiarity with BNPL and/or Credit Scoring

• Experience with big data tools (e.g. BigQuery, Spark, dbt)

• Proficiency with Python
