Data Analyst (Business Intelligence Consultant)

Are you passionate about transforming data in to actionable insight? Do you have experience as a data analyst, using software such as SAS, IBM SPSS Modeler, SQL or equivalent? If so, you could join the Workforce, Performance and Productivity team within Retail.Our team purpose is to ensure we have the right number of people, in the right place, at the right time to serve our customers, whether that be in a branch on the high street, or over the phone.In this rewarding role you will undertake in depth analysis to draw out key insights from big data, alongside designing, building, developing and enhancing capacity models to support the Branches and Telephony Sales. Your ability to quickly see trends and issues from data will enable you to deliver actionable insights, ultimately having a real impact on our Society’s planning and decision making.At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible.
