As a Project Manager, your mission is to ensure the seamless onboarding and ongoing success of our customers, helping them to fully utilize and benefit from our platform.Responsibilities:Operational Excellence:Lead customer onboarding by understanding and defining needs, assisting with configurations, and training users.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of deployments.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes.Customer Success:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as their main point of contact.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.Provide customer insights to the product development team to drive enhancements.Support:Resolve user inquiries via various contact channels.Analyze customer feedback and data to proactively address concerns and identify areas for improvement.Contribute to the creation and upkeep of customer-facing resources.Performance Indicators:Successful and timely customer onboarding.High customer satisfaction and retention rates.Achievement of upsell and cross-sell targets.Preferred experienceRequired Skills:Mandatory:Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within a consulting firm, or in operations or customer success roles in a B2B SaaS company.Proficient in English; French is a plus but not mandatory.Strong analytical skills with a structured and efficient approach.Important Skills (trainable on the job):Familiarity with cloud-based healthcare solutions.Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in the medical field.Overall Expected Behaviors:Autonomy, proactivity, and adaptability to changing environments.Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.Team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and ambition.What Success Looks Like:Customers are onboarded efficiently and express high levels of satisfaction.Effective collaboration with internal teams to continuously improve the customer journey.Achievement of performance targets related to customer success and support.What’s In For You:Opportunity to work in a fast-growing tech company with a meaningful mission.High potential for career progression in a dynamic and innovative environment.Attractive compensation package and flexible working conditions.Progression to Senior Project Manager, Head of Customer Success, or roles in Product Management based on performance and company needs.Recruitment processScreening and MyC intro with Manon, Head of Customer ExperienceImmersion and assessment with Manon – Designed to analyse the your experience in detailCase study with ManonCultural fit with BenjaminWant to know more?Rencontrez Le’opold, Head of ProductRencontrez Quentin, CTO
