Customer Success Business Partner Location: UK Remote

Onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition
Driving customer renewals and identifying service upselling opportunities
Reviewing client usage and tracking success metrics across key accounts
Upselling enhanced recruitment services and solutions
Managing a portfolio of clients and fostering long-term relationships
Working closely with the Operational Team to improve client experience
Assisting with data migration processes and reporting on CRM activityWhat We’re Looking For:
