SummarySpeedy are the UK’s leading hire provider with the widest range of tools, specialist hire equipment, plant and support services – everything for every job!Customer Solutions Specialist – Monday to Friday – between 07.30am – 17.00pmBased in our Customer Solutions office, the Customer Solutions Specialist is a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customer service. Relationship building is the key to success, as the Specialist coordinates the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection, liaising with every part of the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are met and that they’re satisfied with our service.On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be desk-based within our Haydock office. Working directly with the other departments and areas of the business.For us to help you on your journey to success, here’s what you’ll need:
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills both verbally & written
- Adaptability
- Commitment to learn and develop
- Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar sales or operational role
- Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
