Hours: Monday Friday, 08:00 16:30 (40 hours/week)
Salary: £33,000 £38,000 (DOE)

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a background in fast-paced customer service to step into a leadership role and make a real impact.The Role:As Customer Service Team Leader, you will oversee a small team of advisors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and providing hands-on support when escalations arise.
