A local water company is looking for a temporary
Customer Service Specialist
 
to join their team. If you have experience working in clerical or office environments and have excellent customer service skills, this 3 month temporary position could be a great fit for you! 

Customer Service Specialist
 Job Duties:

  • Daily hands-on customer and department communication
  • Work directly with customers with payments or concerns
  • Maintain a customer-friendly and professional attitude when dealing with customers
  • Open and close the office daily

Customer Service Specialist
 Job Required:

  • 1+ year of Office based customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • MS Office Suite experience
  • Experience accepting payments and using a cash register
  • Multiline phone system experience

Schedule
: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Pay:
 $23 per hour
