In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience and efficient order processing.Responsibilities:– Style Information Management: Maintain and up-to-date product information
– Purchase Order Management: Process and track purchase orders
– Price Ticket and Sticker Management: Ensure accurate pricing and labeling
– Order Processing: Handle customer orders
– Credit Memo Processing: Manage returns and refunds
– Invoice Management: Generate and process invoicesQualifications:– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Proficiency in CRM systems and order management software
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building positive relationships
