Working as a Customer Service Representative- Remote you will be responsible for handling Clients, from existing and potential customers. You are directly accountable for service levels, telephone service factors and quality of calls within a team-driven and fast-paced work environment. The primary role of this position is to exceed customers’ expectations with a superior service experience.About Us:

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and text.
  • Resolve inquiries and provide product information.
  • Support the team in improving processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries with care and professionalism.
  • Provide solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:
