– Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience
– Strong profieicency in French spoken language bothe written and spoken
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Outlook and Excel
– Multitasker, and capability of working autonoumously
– Canadian work experience requiredOther Language Requirements: English
– Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
– Reasons for Language Requirement: To communicate and support customer outside Quebec region
– Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)Role:– Deliver Professional Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering customer calls from start to finish, ensuring every interaction is polite, helpful, and efficient.
– Follow-Up and Research Calls: Make follow-up calls or research inquiries, contacting other departments or partners to gather updates on delays, order status, or other important information.
– Provide Client Support: Assist customers with various requests, including pricing inquiries, billing questions, general information, service schedules, and anything that enhances customer satisfaction.
– Order Processing: Accurately enter orders into the system from different sources (phone, email, online platforms), ensuring that all details are properly captured and processed.
– Administrative Support: Handle tasks such as data entry, billing, and occasionally covering the reception desk as needed to support the customer service department.
– Manage Customer Requests: Utilize the internal ticket system to manage and resolve customer requests or issues efficiently and professionally.
– Achieve Performance Targets: Consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including call response time, accuracy, customer satisfaction, and task completion.
