Your Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets and increase revenue.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Process orders, handle returns, and manage customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track and report on sales metrics, customer feedback, and service trends.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or High school Diploma equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships and connecting with potential clients.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for identifying opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
