Customer Service Representative

This full-time, temporary-to-hire Customer Service Representative role.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

• Email and phone correspondence
• Customer service to build and maintain relationships
• Work with time-critical projects

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Pay: $17 per hour

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience working with a phone system
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
