We are seeking candidates for Onsite downtown Toronto 5 days a week – Summer Student Work – Are you a University of Toronto student looking for contract employment opportunities between semesters? - Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a call center customer service role is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Accurate and swift data entry skills, to ensure all customer information is correctly recorded and updated.
- Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, to handle data management and reporting tasks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and management.
- Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring no scheduling conflicts and optimum utilization of resources.
