We are seeking candidates for Onsite downtown Toronto 5 days a week – Summer Student Work – Are you a Toronto Metropolitan University student looking for contract employment opportunities between semesters? • Possess skills in answering inbound calls, managing high-volume call traffic efficiently and with a detail-oriented approach
• Experience in call center customer service, demonstrating excellent conflict resolution and communication abilities
• Must have a strong background in customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accurate and timely input of customer information
• Ability to manage email correspondence, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining composure and a detail-oriented approach in all interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and management
• Skills in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and promptly
• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings effectively.
