Everyone-from entry level to leadership-is hands-on and ready to support their colleagues.We are seeking a reliable and confident Overnight Shift Lead to join and guide a team of five Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) from Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.This is a working leadership position, ideal for someone who thrives on leading by example, solving problems quickly, and jumping into the same duties as the team while ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution overnight.Duties and Responsibilities:The key job functions are:

  • Handling vendor and client relations over email, online chat, and phone.
  • Leading the overnight shift by supporting, mentoring, and guiding the CSR team.
  • Monitoring workflow and making real-time decisions on task delegation and issue escalation.
  • Providing A-Z troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manually processing payments, transferring funds, and posting electronic payments.
  • Supporting internal departments and completing administrative tasks as needed.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and credit check.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Strong computer literacy and comfort navigating multiple systems.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a shift lead, supervisor, or team lead role is required.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Experience in finance or tech support is a strong asset.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written communication and professional email etiquette.
  • High level of accountability and reliability.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to maintain calm and confident in a fast-paced, overnight setting.

Base Salary: $20.00-22.00/hrSalary is commensurate with experience and leadership capability.Full benefits package including:

Work Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Remote Work:

  • This position is not remote and required to be on-site.
