We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!For Bilingual (Spanish) role – fluent in both verbal and written forms.Customer Service Team LeadPay from $28 to $35 per hourPosition Responsibilities / Minimum RequirementsCoach and develop Customer Service Representatives in all areas including product knowledge, policies and procedures as well as performance metrics.

Review phone, email and other customer interactions to evaluate quality, track results and provide coaching and performance reviews for increased success.Provide feedback to management on processes improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.High School diploma or equivalent required.
