In this role, you would be supporting customers via email and chat! Customer service is the key here, the goal is to resolve and help customers work through any issue with an order received. A large part of your day would be emailing, chatting, data entry, problem-solving, working with the Funko team, and making sure the customer is very happy! The ideal candidate would be solution-focused and have strong data entry, call center, customer service, and Excel experience.

The environment is pretty fast-paced, and upbeat, and will keep you busy all day!

As a Customer Service – Email and Web Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing customers with product or service information
  • Resolving concerns or complaints
  • Hit daily ticket quota’s

Customer Service – Email and Web Support Specialist Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • 1+ year experience in a call center
  • Email and chat communications
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Ability to de-escalate and resolve conflict
  • Open to working on weekends

Schedule: 

  • Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm

Pay: $20 per hour
