We are currently looking for a Deployment and Support Engineer to join our team in Clichy 92. In this role, you will play a crucial part in deploying, supporting, and optimizing Sectra’s solutions in the healthcare sector, ensuring our customers’ success and ultimately improving outcomes for patients worldwide.Sectra is one of the world’s leading providers of IT systems for managing medical images. Whether you are implementing our solutions, performing upgrades, resolving technical incidents, or providing expert support, your role will be key to our customers’ satisfaction and operational success.As a Deployment and Support Engineer, you will combine deployment activities with high-level technical support. You’ll be part of the Customer Operations department, working closely with system engineers, project managers, application specialists, and global support teams.Your main responsibilities will include:
- Deployment
- Install, configure, and upgrade Sectra solutions.
- Plan and perform technical deployment activities.
- Communicate effectively with technical counterparts at customer sites.
- Support integration and migration projects with healthcare systems (PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, etc.).
- Support
- Provide both on-site and remote technical support.
- Own incidents from reporting to resolution, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Update helpdesk tickets and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Proactively provide feedback to improve Sectra solutions and internal processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our global support organization.
You will develop a strong understanding of Hospital IT systems, communication protocols, interoperability frameworks, and work with technologies that directly support patient journeys in France.Since we follow the same processes worldwide, you will also have opportunities to collaborate internationally and even work abroad for shorter or longer assignmentsWhat We Offer

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Healthcare IT, or related fields.
- Fluency in French, English.
- A genuine interest in healthcare IT systems and making a difference in patient care.
- Solid computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Windows environment.
- Strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.
- Analytical mindset – you enjoy breaking down complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues, partners, and customers.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications (nice to have):
- Experience with medical IT systems (PACS, RIS), DICOM, HL7, IHE, and other interoperability standards.
- Experience with IT service desk or technical customer support.
- Familiarity with MS SQL Server, SQL Server AlwaysOn, networking, Active Directory, server clustering, scripting tools, Microsoft Azure, VMware.
- Multilingual skills beyond the required languages.
- Experience working with different cultures.
- Extra-curricular interests (sports, music, flying, etc.) that show curiosity and engagement beyond work.
